Located right next door and fully connected to the beloved bakery at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, LB expands the Lady Baker experience into full-service dining with brunch and dinner.

 

Our menu is built around seasonal ingredients, natural fermentation, and daily in-house production — featuring sourdough breads, handmade pastas, vibrant salads, and signature sourdough pizzas. Everything is crafted from scratch to bring out depth, texture, and bold, satisfying flavor.

 

Paula personally curates a rotating list of natural wines to pair with the menu — expressive, low-intervention bottles that elevate the experience.
